Brassica oleracea Gemmifera cultivars.
Brassica oleracea var. gemmifera are typical Brassica plants up to around 1 m high.
They have been bred to form small dense heads from the axillary leaf buds along the stem.
There are numerous Brussels sprouts cultivars including some with purple leaves.
