Grevillea venusta

Grevillea venusta.

A woody shrub from Queensland that grows to 5 m high and wide.

Small branches have brown hairs.

The simple or forked, bright green leaves are up to nearly 20 cm long.

Terminal inflorescences, up to 9 cm long, hold up to 20 flowers.
The flowers are green at the base than orange above.
There are short, dark hairs on the outer tepal surfaces.

The long dark purplish-black styles have white hairs that are longest near the base.
The ovary is covered in long, white hairs.

There are 2 cultivars.
